Week 12: Presentation Web 2.0 tools...

Pada minggu ke-12 saya dan rakan-rakan sekelas perlu membentangkan secara terperinci aplikasi web 2.0 tools yang dipilih. Seperti yang saya maklumkan pada minggu lepas, saya telah memilih aplikasi CoSketch (Virtual Whiteboard) daripada pelbagai jenis aplikasi Web 2.0 tools yang berada di internet. Saya menggunakan CoSketch untuk mengajar fizik tajuk Daya dan Gerakan, subtopik Statik. What is CoSketch?

  • It is one types of application Web 2.0 tools
  • CoSketch is a multi-user online whiteboard designed to give the ability to quickly visualize and share your ideas as images.
  • It allows users to share and collaborate. This application online requires no login.
  • Generates a unique URL that can be shared with collaborators.
  • The whiteboard is deleted 10 minutes after the last collaborator exits.
The features of CoSketch:
  • Simple Sharing:
  1. Anything your paint will show up for all other users in the room at real time.
  2.  When click save a sketch as an image, it sketch can sharing in blogs, forum and other sosial media.
  • Friendly Users;
  1. It application run in all common broswer (Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, etc). without plugins or installation (example: adobe flash).
  2. Free and no needed to registration.
  3. No needed for installation software.
Step by step using CoSketch:
  1. Click internet browser first (IE, Mozilla,Crome).
  2. Type at URL adress http://cosketch.com/
  3. At page Cosketch, have green box "Start Here!" click "create new sketch" in this button green box.
  4. The new black page of CoSketch appeared.
  5. When first time enter the blank page of CoSketch, it automatically generated the unique URL. This URL can changing when the user open it for next session.
  6. Anyone can share the lecture if the users have current URL.
  7. Start the lecture with your sketch (drawing,picture,map) with already tools like symbols, shapes and others in CoSketch.
  8. CoSketch was allowed save your work as embeddable image to share it in blogs, facebook, twitter and other social media using permanent URL. Permanent URL was given automatically when you save it.
  9. Keep this URL if want to reopen or share to other users.
